Might that have been to cover the debentures we have been seeing pay off for the last how many months?

We knew it was coming, we knew the current (at the time) A/S could not absorb final payment, so it was no surprise to those experienced reading the filings.

A reverse split is not out of the question from what can be seen, but share selling scam? It's the OTC man, it's all a legalized book cooking venture, and those trying to NOT stay a scam, are the ones that stay liquid. Which these guy's have done thus far.
