Ok, I looked at the satellite view, I see 7 cars in an employee parking lot built to hold about 40 vehicles. I also virtually all semi trailer bays with a trailer filling the bay which indicates now activity. Watch manufacturing plants when you drive by, you will not see so many trailers filling all the bays in an active plant doing millions in business, if they're doing that kind of business, the bays are generally empty because trucks have been loaded and are out for delivery.
Ah, but you say all the trailers are likely being loaded and about to leave to make their deliveries. Where are the rigs? Active manufacturing plants and warehouses may have trailers filling the bays and getting loaded with product, but they rigs will be hooked up to the trailers and ready to leave the yard once loaded. There is not the kind of activity going on here to indicate millions in revenue such as the stated China contract should produce;rather, the activity suggests a dormant warehouse with a minimal workforce...at least at the time of the photo.
