I completely disagree.

First off, Just Chill is killing it for
MCIG.
Just Chill has dozens of their own wholesale
accounts, and a loyal customer base.

Just Chill is a vaping Cbd product, geared
toward a younger Cbd user base.

VitaCbd for VitaCig, is a Cbd tincture oil,
geared more toward an older Cbd user.
For medicinal purposes.

The product lines are totally different.

So, this cannabalizing theory is baseless,
and unfounded.
