Thats the president of nigeria along with the drug... not only that, google the word nicosan, everyone says it launched in Abuja... What the hell are you still going on about, the current pps is not cheap enough for you?... I will have fun watching you chase this thing into the dimes.

P(President in on an elaborate scam involving most of nigeria) * P(President would ruin his reputation over a penny stock) = almost nill...
