In accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a grace period of 180 calendar days, which expires on March 14, 2016 (the “Compliance Period”), to regain compliance with the "Minimum Bid Price Rule", by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days during the Compliance Period.
