Yes, none of us invested in LBSR wanted JB to sell those claims, but the $5M needed to be repaid. NAK also wanted those claims.

Had JB not drilled, he might have had to give away more of the caldera he discovered.

Bottom line: JB does seem to be a gifted geologist.
Business man? well that is another set of skills...
