Once a scam, always a scam. CEO disappeared over three years ago trying to avoid lawsuits. No personnel, no office, no phone, no email, no assets, no patents, no filings with the SEC since 2007, cited and fined by the SEC for 14 fraudulent PRs, dissolved in 2012 by the Secretary of State of North Carolina.
