Discovery Minerals LTD (DSCR)

Again my question is why do they need Rus and DSCR? From what I can tell they have failed at mining, hemp oil production and a ton of other things. What do they get from DSCR to allow us into something that really is being sold and has potential? I realize the vague PRs are typical to string us along but maybe we hear some follow up on this one with some answers in the next few months.
