Haven't looked at any other companies for that and it's not the kind of event that one just stumbles over. My "analysis", such as it may be, has been limited to CTIX.

That said, I'm still wrestling with the issue of whether price was the only standard left unmet. Let me answer you this way:
While I haven't studied the issue I would be very surprised to find other companies who had to refile (BTW, I don't think I quite said that is REQUIRED...another check seems to secure the "pending" status) because they solely failed to meet the price requirement at the time of the original application and its review. I suspect that there are plenty who needed to file anew because other criteria remained unmet at the end of year one.
I could be wrong but I think the general approach to these things is...
1. Meet a Standard or assure that the standard will be met.
2. File the application.

...not the other way around.
