$MNHD $2 pps is part of the merger agreement. This is the company who is Hertz Equipment Rental franchise in Mongolia merging, with the one of the largest road construction and earth moving companies in Mongolia.

Volume was up today 8,000% above the 30 day moving avg. and bids kept coming in all day, even after a hard dip in the late morning. Watch for breakout to $2 very soon.
