All of the lawsuits have been completely documented with links to the courts and the copies of actual documentation have been included as a portion of numerous posts on this iHUB Board. The most recent, filed by Giovani Comito in Florida, bascially accuses Josh Kimmel of "stealing" $1,000,000. Comito gave Kimmel the money and Joshie never delivered on his side of the transaction! Do you suppose Comito is just a little angry? THE LAWSUITS ARE ALL VERY REAL! Josh Kimmel personally acknowledged the trademark lawsuit! Unfortunately there are many new posters to this Board over the last couple of days, who haven't a clue about BVAP's and Kimmel's histories! This fine beauty is DONE, but just doesn't know it! The PROMOTERS are workin' hard to make a few quick bucks!
