Yes, in July of 2010, Northern Dynasty felt compelled to lend Liberty Star enough money to pay off creditor's so that the Big Chunk Land claims would not get into creditors hands and screw up their position with Pebble.

After that announcement, LBSR stock price went up to .19 per share up until the Law Suit by Alpha and Platinum.

As far as the $890,000 dollar single drill hole drilled by LBSR's buddies MBGS (who also sued them) and the subsequent trade off of 199 more claims to Northern Dynasty for debt forgiveness and that single drill core - who the hell really knows.

It's all just become one hell of a mess year after year.
