The way I read it is that they just reverse split the dividend shares by 3. Correct me if I am wrong. Also, will the tax base be at the pre split value of the dividend shares or the new value? I would assume the pre 1 for three value and then we get a loss right of the bat. Am I thinking right on this?

These guys are smart cookies when it comes to creative financing. All in the name of creating shareholder value. Too bad all we hear about is split this split that and not about the business that they are in MOVIES.
