If vplm knows for certain that certain companies are and have been infringing, such as on patents held for 3 yes now, why have those companies not yet been served with letters of infringement and/or any lawsuits begun against them, audits, uplistings, or anything else not withstanding? 3 yrs is a long time to let it go. And why has not a single company w/interests to defend, going back to 2007, when patent process started, not offered to buy or request to licence. Of course there was one company, who was a voip services provider, who did see they needed and would benefit from buying the patents. One company only & that Co was vplm. Immediately that Co ceased to be a voip services provider (were they really ever?) and immed gave up the assumed huge benefits such a voip service providers would command with such controlling & foundational patents, yep, just gave it up....to instead take the supposed better, quicker route to riches, a sale. Not collecting on infringements, not selling licences, but a sale. Then yrs goes by... no sale or the others.
