You're all forgetting that he's not getting paid, he's taking his salary in shares which according to a lot of people are next to worthless - that doesn't sound like he's getting paid at all.

He's probably got more to lose than any of us 'retail' investors and so it's in his best interests as well as ours if the company does well.

My only concern is that he's taking preferred shares which wouldn't be affected by any R/S in the future.

The other thing is that if the A/S stays at 2Bn with an O/S in the region of 1.5Bn, theres a chance that bigger institutional investors could amass more than 50% of the available shares and take over the company. Increasing the A/S to 5Bn allows the management to train control of the company as they will also control the remaining shares that have not been issued (if 1.5Bn issued that would give them control of 3.5Bn and therefore the majority).

Don't forget that an A/S of 5Bn doesn't mean that they will all be issued, just that they're available - of course there'll be some extra dilution but not necessarily up to the 5Bn A/S.

Still believe that the delay in filing is because of outstanding litigation discussions and I guess these extra shares may be used to settle the case. I'd rather be debt free with no outstanding legal proceedings, at least then they can get on with turning the company around and setting the foundations for the share price to increase - that's what we al want right???

Thoughts anyone???
