2) capital controls get lifted, or even just the discussion that they're being considered (which could be "early" 2016 to "mid" 2016)

bad:
1) unexpectedly bad economic data (after dilution and the delisting, expectations for greek banks are low enough as it is)
2) global economic meltdown (in which case everything goes down)
