Exactly the same thing he used the original 5 Billion for. He will sit on it and it will not be included in a Reverse Split. He will use the shares to pay bills and to sell shares to companies like Asher or Premiere Venture and dilute your shares. It will be a few years since this is still a so called "developmental company" before he sees a profit and can use his own money to pay bills.
