Fear occurs with any stock, correct.
The fear that exists with IMSC is dilution. Some say DMRJ is selling, some say they're not doing any significant selling.
My point, the potential of them selling is fear enough to keep folks out of the stock (in my opinion).
It becomes manipulation if someone, knowing that this fear is present, decides to leverage that fear for their personal gain. For example, if someone's objective is to lower the pps or keep it stagnant. They might walked down the pps whenever it hit a certain level. They might feel comfortable doing this because they believe the underlying fear of large dilution will help them in their objective.
My opinion.
I happen to believe there is something beyond normal trading happening with this stock. I believe there is some form of manipulation taking place.
But, again, just my speculation/opinion.
