I have seen other stocks in this field pop and move quickly after similar circumstances. There needs to be a catalyst and once that is released its up from here imo. In the case of this company the catalyst is favorable fda ruling. If there is a negative result or delay then the exact opposite will happen imo. Other developments and news releases concerning ongoing concerns should have impact on pps as well.
