The idea that Purdue would have a basis for a patent infringement lawsuit is laughable. They cannot patent "abuse deterrent" opiods in general and have coverage against all technologies. Their technology is inferior and they are desperate. I personally believe the good "doctor" works for Purdue in some capacity and is her to spread FUD. It won't work this train is coming down the tracks and soon!!!
