So I got my combo hitter installed tonight and tried it out. This thing is FUN to use. It is definitely heavy duty and definitely gives you a good workout. It is also a lot easier on the hands than a heavy bag. I did notice that the height adjustment is not very smooth though, but I made two quick modifications and now it works great. I took my dremel and took about a 1/4" off each bolt that attaches it to the track and then I used a bungee to loop around the top and hook to the bottom of the metal plate to make it lighter to lift. Now I can adjust the height easily.
Overall a great product. I think I may try to leave a video review on amazon.
