Assets are nonexistent (22k cash) but that's fine because it's a development stage company, the point of young companies is to raise cash by issuing shares and/or the usage of debt conversion.

Fine by me as long as it isn't abused. Tale of the tape..

Information taken from latest 10Q a/o 11/30/2015:

Stockholders DEFICIT (they can turn this to EQUITY after they manufacture the Rubicon, deploy it and start collecting those heavy PPA's)

Common Stock .0001 PAR, 173.5MM shares issued and outstanding (heavy, but doable # for a penny stock) - $173.5K

Additional paid in capital - $12.2MM <-- Heavy

Accumulated deficit - ($14.6MM)

In regards to their accumulated deficit

Taken from http://smallbusiness.chron.com/accumulated-deficit-balance-sheet-43886.html

Effect of Accumulated Deficit

An accumulated deficit reduces stockholders’ equity on the balance sheet, which decreases stockholders’ stake in the company. A company with an accumulated deficit has no profits reinvested in its business and relies on its cash or other financing to remain in business. Banks might not lend to a business with an accumulated deficit. If a company’s cash runs out and it fails to turn a profit, it might end up in bankruptcy.

moreover..

Considerations

An accumulated deficit does not necessarily mean a company is in financial trouble. There are some cases in which a business might have an accumulated deficit and still have a strong financial future. For example, a young, small business that has yet to generate a profit could show an accumulated deficit on its balance sheet because of start-up costs but might be rapidly acquiring new customers and increasing its revenue. One period of profit could turn its accumulated deficit into positive retained earnings.
