My understanding was that they were waiting for regulatory approval before they could begin the work on the wells. Also, its not at .02 or .03 because at .01 the company would be worth 600 million dollars but they do not have but 27 wells currently. We just have to wait until the wells get installed and the price will have no choice but to go up.
