My main gripe is the amount of dilution that must take place now (due to mismanagement of CTIX) in comparison to the amount of dilution that would have taken place had the company not been tarnished (due to mismanagement of CTIX). The dilution rate is now 3x as high as it was in January of 2015. As an investor of CTIX, I'm very disturbed that we are forced to dilute at such low prices(due to mismanagement). Every share that is issued going forward effects(decreases) the initial value of all shares I purchased. So when a company is run poorly and has to issue 3x as many shares to get the same dollar, it really infuriates me. Leo is responsible for this disaster but ultimately the investors will pay for it.
