I haven't been on IHUB since closing early on Xmas eve!! I can't believe they have insufficient funds so that they are unable to send out mail regarding proxy notices. I am in and have been, but this is and other issues are ca little unnerving to say the least. If this case is not settled out of court, where do lawyers fees, court costs, etc., etc. come from, more shares issued?????????
