Hi, I am trying to do some DD on M Spio, due to recent action on her new venture, NXGA, and see that you were in LOVI early on. LOVI is a weird story from what I see, having no revenues and suddenly announcing great things in the 1st week of Aug, 2013, where postings went crazy on the board. Then -- nothing. Few postings even after Aug 8. Why did people not post in the next days following if it was so exciting? Also, according to Yahoo history, the volume was low even with all the 'excitement', with the largest volume being only 31,000 on Aug 8, 2013. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=LOVI&a=05&b=14&c=2013&d=11&e=28&f=2013&g=d&z=66&y=66

Then, it appeared the company never followed through, didn't even mention the acquisition plans in the next 10Q as a subsequent event, and then in 3/14 filed a DEf14c which appeared to give control over to Sayomphu Srithonnong of some 300m fully diluted shares.

While I certainly can see why you have called it a scam with Mary S in the middle of it all, I don't see that she made any money on it based on the volume..

And, now we have a reinstatement (see latest post) on Dec 23, 2015, which I'm guessing has nothing to do with Mary and her new company NXGA, but still just adds/reminds of the strange circumstances.

Can you fill me in on anything here -- it appears one2one had a website -- was it pretty good? What do you think actually happened here - did they just run out of money? Why did you conclude it was a scam instead?

Thanks..Again, just trying to make sense of the story on this one, as NXGA appears to be diluting, yet at the same time clearly is a real player in the VR industry.

Ted
