You sure do seem hopeful for that judgement. Strange. I do not know what will happen there and unless you are sitting in that courtroom while the proceedings are going on, neither do you. So, right now your view is a "prediction", as you say and could very well go ARYC'S way instead. Which would be real nice for the company and stock price. I guess we will all have to wait and see what happens. By the way if one played the past week right they made a 60 to 80% profit on their investment. Another round is sure to come.
