It's fact, not opinion.

I worked for this company. What assets it did have were moved over to DEAC, their other "company" a year and a half ago. Their systems don't work and hadn't worked in years.

This was all proven to be true 6 months ago when they took all their stuff down and the false news about games came out.

Just this summer they claimed the games would be out in 2 weeks. Month after month and nothing. Now yes it does take resources to make games, however they've also released their financials and they aren't devoted anywhere NEAR the kind of resources that would be required to put out the things they claimed.

If you see a construction site, you expect to see the things associated with construction. Trucks dropping off resources, workers building things, etc. Otherwise, all you've got is an empty lot with a sign out front that says "future site of".

And likewise in development, if they were building a game or real company here, you'd also see signs associated with that. Yet we do not. There is no company location, there is no place where people are meeting to create these games, they don't even have a real office. There are no workers, there are no signs anywhere of development being done.

So it looks to me all we have here is a ticker stock with a sign out front an empty lot. Just a shell company.
