directors not selling their shares and are very active in CO. business,they are prepared for much higher SP.( very rare in the OTC world that the pre - Merger Management is still active and still holding shares ) !!!

TTCM float( 530M )is mostly locked by it's Long Term Shareholders.
No dilution during the last 2 years,nor s/s change :( The O/S was 2,99B in 2013 and it's still same ) - 80% of it ( 2.4 billion ) is restricted with voting in insider hands.
