BALTIA can come up with every excuse in the book, the fact is they aren't qualified to fly. Sadly 20 years in and their still in startup phase. Many airlines have passed the EXACT test BALTIA is struggling to pass. Theres no sugar coating it everyone knows by now BALTIA may never fly. At this point you have a better chance playing blackjack. You can't deposit excuses... BALTIA is learning this the hard way.
