It's not misleading, it's a common sense.

It takes actual resources and development to create a game. They've done nothing that shows they are even remotely doing such things.

And the whole business model it cited is bunk and has already been doing 1000 times - and failed.

Maybe if it was 2004 and maybe if they didn't treat people like crap they could produce a product.

If you want to live on the hype and hope of news, then that's on you. But it's anything but misleading to point out the true direction and nature of the business they claim to be entering.
