In my last message I said 120 days. Actually meant 60 days. After January, if this stock isn't cruising upward and there aren't piles of info to sort through, there won't be anything.

But that's odd - because it begs the question: If the $1.2 billion does fall through (or never existed), is it a criminal act to release a PR claiming it is "secured" when it is not? That's what I don't get. If it doesn't exist, it's a criminal act. At least, to anyone sensible.
