Something to ponder while you unwrap your presents...

I have lots of family members and friends that could use some financial help.

If TRTC comes through like I believe it will, many loved ones can benefit from my profits.

That being said, why am I so confident that TRTC will deliver in 2016?

With an all out assault by Dominion and Magna over the past 6 months, TRTC is one of the very few MJ stocks whose 52 week low occurred in July, i.e. TRTC has moved virtually sideways for the past 6 months despite over 60M shares dumped into the float -- Who is buying up all these shares? Hint: Not your typical retail shareholder.

There has been a tremendous amount of sandbagging this year -- insider selling in August in the weeks before the awarding of the 2 LV strip dispensaries (by far, the most important event in the history of the stock with each dispensary capable of earning $40M-$50M in annual revenues during 2017/2018 when rec MJ is legal in Nevada and the number of dispensaries on the LV strip is capped at the current number, which is about 15 storefronts), a terrible PR announcing this accomplishment that hit the wires just after midnight, and of course the most obvious transgression -- the continued stalling on publishing the new website.

Why?

One can wax endlessly about scambuggery and the like and create fantastical conspiratorial schemes or one can think more logically about who would most benefit from such sandbaggery.

There are two relatively obvious parties, Derek Peterson and family/friends/associates/business partners of TRTC and Blum Oakland.

Huh?

Going back to who is buying all these shares...

Who benefits by keeping the share price low?

If the plan was to take advantage of the crippled MJ sector and the massive selling of Dominion and Magna in order to allow family/friends/associates/business partners of TRTC and Blum Oakland to buy in on the cheap, this would accomplish dual purposes -- firstly, it would allow loved ones and business associates to accumulate shares at very discounted levels and secondly it would prevent all of these cheap shares from falling into the hands of retail traders who are likely to flip the shares for lunch money, having the effect of moving these shares into strong hands and creating a concrete floor underneath the stock to serve as a foundation for a January 2016 launch.

The second purpose was to create bargain prices in TRTC so that Derek Peterson (and potentially other owners in Blum Oakland) could sell their stake in Blum for shares of TRTC, thus maximizing their stake in TRTC.

A transaction price of .10 allows the Blum owners to receive 50% more shares of TRTC than a stock price of .15

Now what singular event would cause shares at 09 - .10 to be labelled "cheap" while at the same time creating an advantageous position for Blum Oakland owners?

There is only one event that really fits the bill -- the selling of Blum Oakland for TRTC shares at .09-.10

This would cause a rapid ascent in the stock price, thus making all of these sub .11 shares over the past 6 months to be correctly labelled as "cheap".
