The more I look the more I think $HEMP is preparing for a spin-off with $DEQI as the second publicly traded company. They could issue shares already outstanding to the current $HEMP shareholders. The float in $DEQI is currently so tight and I'll be buying more on Monday.

I'm thinking it would be prudent to do like $MCIG and $VTCQ and have a clean split between Medicinal and Recreational.

Just a thought
