Yes, I have read Sullivan's biography.

There is no question that his background, as represented, is impressive.

However, if he indeed is as impressive as his resume represents, then why
is that noone from GDSI ever, ever, ever answers the phone at its alleged office, why is it that noone from GDSI ever returns messages which are left at its alleged office and why is it that noone from GDSI ever responds to emails ?

If Sullivan does, in fact, care about GDSI's shareholders, why does he stand by and ignore those shareholders when those shareholders repeatedly and repeatedly attempt to contact its alleged "Investor Relations Department" ?

In other words, why does Sullivan stand idly by while GDSI's shareholders repeatedly and repeatedly waste their valuable time trying to contact GDSI's management and/or "Investor Relations Department" ?

All of the questions that I have just raised speak to a company which has amateur-hour management and not management that is as impressive as Sullivan's resume would indicate.
