I'm a small business owner and I get these debt solicitations nearly every day.

Here's the kicker, you still have to qualify for the debt.

MMMW has no real value to secure debt, even bad debt. MMMW has less than $50k in value(per SEC filings) and no stock options to offer in exchange for debt.

MMMW (claimed via PR) to have sales lined up to be completed last winter. These sales never materialized. IF MMMW could have secured funding to complete this project we would have our first sale and a working functioning example of the product. This would have been minimal debt that could have been repaid upon completion of the sale. This would have been huge for MMMW and shareholders. But it never happened.

My reasoning(just my opinion) is that MMMW either couldn't deliver on the product or couldn't get the funding to complete the installation. Regardless, as we've previously discussed at great length( search previous board posts) the company has no funds to move forward.
