They filed for the r/s. So the Q shows it happend. Once they file that the R/S is no longer necessary, they will amend the Q and correct it. If they were going to R/S they would have done it and it would of went into effect before the Q. I've never seen a r/s actually happen when things are going like it is. But hey, maybe they will. Wouldn't surprise me but I'm thinking they don't.
