The FACT that no other suitor has expressed real interest and/or offered a higher bid since offer was made on November 9 and for that matter in all of the weeks, months and even possibly years preceding the bid speaks volumes about what the company is worth now regardless of what shareholders think it is worth.
Imo it is a delusion, pure fantasy and wishful thinking that these other companies are waiting to swoop in and engage in a bidding war if Astelllas walks away.
