The MYTH that Lanza isn't "Management", LOL !!!

Lanza is a Sr officer of the company, he's 100% "management".

https://www.ocata.com/about/leadership/management

THEE OCATA website with the page titled MANAGEMENT:

Number two guy listed as "MANAGEMENT" is Robert Lanza, M.D
.

LOL!! Clear to me)

Lanza is also one of the company's most "prolific" sellers and dumpers of his own shares.

Lanza is 100% FOR THE TENDER and supports it at $8.50 per share, as he inked his name to the Tender agreement SEC filing, among other documents.

The DAY the Tender went in to effect, Lanza sold/dumped another 35K of his own shares, selling them off. He then tendered his entire remaining approx 200K shares to Astellas, for $8.50 ea, per SEC filings.

The MYTH of the "altruistic" supposed "science guy" Lanza not being "evil mgt" and not wanting to profit from all his is BUNK IMO. Not supported by a shred of reality or historical facts, data and SEC filings.

Lana over the years has DUMPED and SOLD boat loads of shares with a near mythological like "knack" for always somehow selling and dumping into very short term PRICE SPIKES of the company stock, LOL!! Like some sage who picks near perfect tops to unload piles of shares, netting him $MILLIONS in profits over the years.

LANZA IS MANAGEMENT. Simple as that. He Tendered 100% OF ALL HIS OCATA shares he holds to OCATA. It's a done deal already, per the SEC filed "share agreement", with his name signed at the bottom.

If Lanza the genius (supposedly) thinks it's a good idea to tender every last share he owns, then it seems good enough for me.

Lanza thinks $8.50 is the "FAIR PRICE" since that's the price he Tendered and took for approx 200K shares he holds, over $1.5 MILLION large worth.

TENDER LIKE LANZA IMO. He's smart.
