Urban Barns Foods Inc. (URBF)

URBF WILL NOT GET DELISTED - URBF is in fact a real operating company going through management changes, cost cutting, while increasing its sales. The barn in Mirabel Quebec is operating and growing produce daily, the machines have never been turned off.

I have confirmed all of this with the new CEO (see email below from the CEO):

Not true at all, I'm trying to improve the share price, the reason no one answered the phone is that Hugh was in today, but I sent him on a deliver run at 9:30am as Greg took the week off and Theo and I were in the Barn most of the day. Also I'm not sure if this person is calling the right number as we closed the Pointe Claire office, and tomorrow I will be in the Barn most of the day and Hugh is not in until 10am

I also plan on making a press release in the New Year
