No letters, no lawsuits, no licenses, no fines to collect, no voip services, no "lives saved"...... Just the ol string along. Of course there no letters or lawsuits....never intended to I don't think. One winning suit would blast the rocket off, but they don't dare cause there is no rocket. One losing suit & it's all over. So I wouldn't expect any letters, lawsuits or licencing.

In your opinion, you incorrectly say that no letters were sent and choose instead to completely ignore the news release today that has stated for FACT that approximately 40 notices (letters) have been sent out to companies. I just don't get how you can choose to purposefully ignore the FACTS and expect people here to believe you..

Now my understanding of the news release is that the letters that went out are a type of "soft notice" and not letters of infringement. Now you might be quick to point this difference out but let me impress it upon you that for legal purposes when it comes to collecting punitive treble damages a "soft notice" has the same effect as a hard notice (infringement letter).

LETS STICK TO THE FACTS SHALL WE?:
"Additionally, the Company has recently sent out approximately 40 notices to telecommunications and social networking companies informing them of the completion of the VoIP-Pal patent suite and inviting communication with VoIP-Pal about how the suite may support the companies' applications."
