I was correct as I said the company was diluting into all this buying. So in other words, people were buying paper PFSD was dumping. No wonder this stock has become a POS with a price of .002 when for years multi pennies and under 70 million O/S. And they still have no cash and are losing money. Now on top of that, they are diluting!!!!!
