what the powers that be will do, who knows. it would make sense to me to install a couple of units on some of their trucks and document the results. this will let them tweak the units. if they get the units working, then they would have "real world" documentation to show potential customers. if they don't install the units, it kind of makes the statement that the units were not a real product after all = scam.
