Good Moring Serdom,

Was that a trick question? Although, when I confirm the 211 is cleared I will report this to you ASAP :))

Lets say I call Monday and they say well, yes sir, its cleared. Well, it may not be trading on the OTCBB yet till next day or so, so yes I may be able to tell you before...maybe. I will do my best.

EXBX has a form 211 filed by an MM and this is known to me because I have been bugging the NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 almost daily and asking about the status of the form 211.

There is an open form 211 that an MM has filed with the OTCBB. They have confirmed this for me each time.

However, they cannot tell investors much other than confirmed status of the 211. Right now its under review and it should be cleared, IMO, any day now.

Once the OTCBB clears EXBX's form 211, then I do anticipate EXBX to trade as soon as the next trading day or so.

EXBX has its ducks in a row and has crossed its T's and dotted its I's and its in the NASD OTC Compliance Unit's and MM's hands now.

Have a Great Weekend and be ready, We have a True Winner here with EXBX! There is no other software that can rival EXBX.

Eagle1,

P.S. I'm 100% sure that EXBX is no scam, so take that out of the Equation and read this link and see if you can see the potential. http://www.exoboxtech.com/technology.html

Best of all, Exobox’s software solutions are proactive and 100-percent effective. Once the software is installed on a computer or server, no updates are necessary, and it doesn’t require CRC checking or viral database retroactive file scanning. It’s a truly transparent security system that allows computers and networks to function normally without system slowdowns.

The Exobox solution is different. Its proprietary software:

*Stops viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware and identity theft;
*Is proactive, not reactive;
*Doesn’t require a database of known malicious code;
*Prevents contamination across a network;
*Dramatically reduces Internet security costs;
*Prevents data and identity theft;
*Prevents unauthorized access, both externally and internally;
*Stops internal theft;
*Gives Internet Security new levels of end-user control;
*Is transparent to users;
*Doesn’t change the existing workflow;
*Requires low CPU overhead;
*Is easy to deploy and administer and;
*Prevents computers or networks from being hijacked for Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

However, the software has been evaluated and received the validation of several sources, including the National Institute of Standards and Technology and OSR Open Systems Resources, Inc., the world leader in low-level manipulation of the Windows operating system. In addition, Exobox is a client of the Houston Technology Center, a non-profit organization that helps develop technology centric businesses that have proven software or products.

Serdom, Just a heads up for you...

EXBX had Record Volume Friday 7-7-06

EXBX will be trading on the OTCBB at any day. EXBX IMO, will become another SPEA run or better. Personally, I anticipate this play, to be a very serious one and I do believe that it will prove to be an economic investment.

Here are some things I put together.

EXBX has a Market Maker that has filed a form 211 at the OTCBB to be quoted on the OTCBB. Now they are on Greys, but not for any wrong doing. DD them and you will see.

EXBX will skip the pinksheets and go directly to the OTCBB. This is Great News!

* NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm the Market Maker filing of 211 to go to OTCBB. Once cleared, it could trade on OTCBB next day. Once on OTCBB, many new investors will come in as well as Institutional Investors..imo.

*Call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer) to confirm O/S of 10.9 million at 801-266-7151.

Also, take a look at their strategic alliances
http://www.exoboxtech.com/alliances.html

P.S. I look for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Commerce to license Exobox's products. Their first line of products will hit the market no later than April 2007. There will be atleast 8 lines and all will be HUGE and revolutionary not evolutionary. I'm looking for EXBX to be in excess of $50.00+.

http://www.exoboxtech.com/alliances.html

Department of Homeland Security
Exobox has met with the Department of Homeland Security to review the Company's technology and the department indicated a willingness to help Exobox prove the Company's products developed from its already validated technology. It also pledged to help Exobox gain governmental acceptance and distribution for such products.

* Comso, Inc.
A U.S. General Services Administration contractor, Comso is a software engineering and application development company. As a certified contractor, Comso provides government agencies a variety of technical services through a simple, straightforward ordering purchase system. Comso has agreed to use its GSA status to help Exobox obtain government funds and distribute the Company's products on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commerce Information Technology Solutions list.

*Remember what Cosmo, Inc said about Exobox Tech above?

Now read further down about Cosmos.

FBI Awards COMSO First Task Order Under TSDP Contract
July 2004 – COMSO scored a major coup in securing its first task order award under the FBI's Technology Support and Development Project (TSDP), a $42.5 million contracting set-aside for small businesses. Task Order #1 will provide the full range of software maintenance and enhancement support services for the FBI's Financial Systems Unit (FSU) of the Information Resources Division. COMSO was joined by subcontractor Dynamic Systems Solutions, Inc. in its winning proposal, which highlighted COMSO's experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial and administrative applications as well as its expertise in helping customers transition systems to client/server technology with Web-based front ends and Oracle back end.

The task order, scheduled to begin August 2, 2004, could run for five years if the FBI exercises all options. COMSO will provide eleven IT professionals to support the FBI at its headquarters in downtown Washington. The team includes eight new COMSO employees who have previously supported the FBI; their addition represents a 14 percent increase in COMSO's total staff.

According to COMSO's TSDP Program Manager, Lisa Goodman, "COMSO is thrilled at this first foray into the FBI contracting environment. This award is a prime opportunity that will allow our new customer to get to know us, at the same time deepening our experience base in supporting the national intelligence community."
