I don't understand why this is still a discussion. Two years til a non profit operation becomes a for profit operation. It doesn't affect anything.

What DOES matter is how much money will be spent to sell 500,000 worth of cannabis? If it costs more than 500,000 then they're in the same boat as they are now - meaning that for profit or non profit, IVXX is a loser.

If on the other hand, they can sell 500,000 worth of product for 300,000, then IVXX will be in a good position.

At the moment, IVXX is losing regardless of profit. That needs to change regardless of profitability status.
