10 Bagger: GPC?

General People's Committee = Libyan government

To say, "GPC approved" is to say "Libyan government approved"

Now, if you desire unequivocally affirmative proof about the ongoing construction in Libya, why don't you make a telephone call to the architect (I'm sure he'll talk to you):

By the way, this architect really exists, as he can be found here:

Yes, this architect has even had the honorable pleasure of having his name appear in the Houston Society Section of the Houston Chronicle in a feature article about "International Interests" (Nov 27, 2004, By Shelby Hodge). Here is that article:

"International interests

Stewart Morris Sr., chairman of Stewart International, rolled out the red carpet last week for internationally recognized civil engineer and construction magnate Ismail Osman of Cairo, Egypt, and his wife, Magda Moussa.

It was dinner for a handful of guests in the Chippendale Room at River Oaks Country Club.

Stewart International connected with Osman, who heads one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East, during its bid to establish real estate information services, including clear property titles, in Egypt.

Breaking bread with Osman and Morris were guests including Jeannie Osborne, president and COO of Stewart International; Jean McLane, Middle East business consultant; Omar Hassan, consul general of Egypt; Hany El Omary, principal of Emery Design; and Raouf Arafat, president of the Eyptian American Society.

I really don't think that this guy is working on a fictitious Machine Shop in a fictitious location in some fictitious city in Libya. This is the real deal! And if it is real for this guy, then it must be just as real for Grifco.

That does explain the architectural drawing:

And if this Libyan Machine Shop project is the real deal for Grifco, then it must be one worthwhile venture!
