I think you have a good understanding of things. As long as each level involved in an industry are playing by the same rule book, all is well. A local dispensary is in favor as much as home delivery for different people. As long as the dispensary and the LP have to meet the same product and distribution regulations, it's business as usual. The beef isn't with dispensaries. It's with folks clearly gaming the system to have a competitive edge Capitally, not compassionately or medicinally. The main issue with Colorado's system is they haven't stopped the illegal trade , and they had to review labelling and dosage strategy. They do have a lot to look after. But first doesn't mean perfect or right. Canada needs to correct the mistakes made in Colorado and make new ones. I still think it will be something everyone can get on board with, except the anti cannabis gang and a few.
