Wow! Talk about coming late to the party!

Anyway- Before anyone cuts me off as being a basher- I suggest you read the articles of incorporation and the by-laws of PBLS [ RO-Mac] regarding issueing new shares and shareholder meetings if the board [ insiders] hold more than 50% of the OS.
