IMHO,.. it was totally a scam right from the beginning.

They have done the bare minimum, not to get themselves arrested. Yes, the app exists.

App does not work well. App never had a future.

Remember... they never once advertised their own app.

Not once.. not ever.

That means there were never trying.

So, by that reasoning... as far as i'm concerned it always was a pink stock scam.

I wouldn't fault a company who tried and failed. I do fault a company that "pretends to try".. and takes peoples money with completely BS Pr's.

If you look at everything they did, and the timing they did it in.. there was a clear intent to mislead and defraud as far as i'm concerned.
