I agree about the 70 million share conversion. To me that is like insider buying in that they chose to convert knowing that it would be difficult to immediately liquidate their position.

I do not want a short term R/S as going from .02 cents to 20 cents would still be far below a dollar. The reason is that some more investment companies can jump in at $ 1 dollar. I prefer to have CAPC put in another 2 to 3 solid quarters so that the metrics justify a 10 cent stock price. Then we can see a R/S and $ 1 a share with some positive earnings momentum. I believe that will place more eyes on CAPC
